Delivery Across Pakistan
We ship handpicked bags from Lahore to every city in Pakistan. Here's exactly how it works — no hidden charges, no surprises.
Delivery Times
- Lahore: 1–2 working days
- Rest of Punjab: 2–4 working days
- Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta: 3–5 working days
- Smaller cities and towns: 4–7 working days
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sunday are processed the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your city and order weight. You'll see the exact amount before you pay anything.
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 4,000 across Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available on every order across Pakistan. Pay the courier in cash when you receive your parcel — no advance payment needed. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.
Advance Payment
If you prefer to pay in advance, we accept:
- Bank transfer (details shared over WhatsApp)
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
Advance-paid orders are processed on priority and often ship the same day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we send the tracking number to you on WhatsApp along with the courier company. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
We use trusted couriers: Leopards Courier, TCS, and M&P depending on your city.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll follow up with the courier and update you within a day.
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening fully if possible, and message us the same day. We handle damage claims directly with the courier — you don't have to.
